1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how information is handled when you browse Gōshin Academy or contact the coach. For privacy questions, contact Gōshin Academy via WhatsApp at +972 54-820-2442.

2. Information you choose to share

Browsing the research does not require an account. The current site directs contact requests to WhatsApp rather than an on-site inquiry form. If you send a message, your phone number, profile details visible to the recipient, message and attachments may be received by the coach. Please avoid sending medical records or other sensitive information.

Messages are used to respond to your request and discuss coaching where you ask for it. Information submitted through a former inquiry form, if any, may remain in historical inquiry records.

3. Technical information and storage

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and error logs to deliver and protect the site. The language selection is held for the current page session; the site does not intentionally save that choice in a cookie or browser storage.

This site does not currently include an advertising or audience-analytics integration. Infrastructure providers and linked services may use their own technical storage under their respective policies.

4. External services and sharing

WhatsApp links open an external service operated by WhatsApp/Meta; its privacy policy applies there. Opening a conversation does not send a message automatically. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed for that request, including your IP address.

Information may be processed by hosting, security and communication providers, including outside Israel, or disclosed when legally required. Gōshin Academy does not sell personal information.

5. Retention, security and your requests

Information should be kept only as needed to handle the inquiry, provide requested services and meet applicable legal requirements. No fixed retention period is promised here. Reasonable security measures are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact the coach to request access to, correction of or deletion of information about you, subject to applicable law and necessary identity checks. You may also request an alternative way to communicate if you prefer not to use WhatsApp.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may change if the site or its services change. The date above identifies the latest update.
